Fast-paced with tight deadlines, the project was to refresh the Join Army website within a few months with the key outcome of increasing applications to the Army.

Working within a creative team, I undertook the necessary UX tasks to create new IA, Wireframes, and Prototypes that I tested against the identified target audience. I engaged with multiple internal and external stakeholders to uncover User and Functional requirements. I followed an iterative design process to ensure the project outcomes were fully met.

In later stages, I worked closely with UI designers to ensure that the project maintained its UX vision.
