A tool to capture ideas, record viability, manage solutions' delivery, and measure results to help companies to streamline innovation. My role spanned from conceptual thinking to delivery, with responsibilities including; user journey mapping, prototypes, user testing, design library creation and project planning. Sitting alongside the Business Owner to understand, interrogate and challenge his vision. Leading workshops to uncover additional user needs and then aligning these with the product's broader strategic vision.

A personal achievement was setting up a design library with documentation and links to a Storybook site, making it easier for all team members to find and reuse design information.
